Goulart’s Portuguese Sausage Company is an artisan, family-owned business in San Jose, CA, crafting traditional, real wood-smoked Portuguese meats. We specialize in authentic Portuguese sausage including smoked linguiça and chouriço, plus favorites like torresmos and bifanas (marinated sliced pork loin). Whether you’re planning a backyard grill or cooking classic Portuguese recipes, our products deliver bold, old-world flavor made with the utmost care that you can only find from small-batch, handcrafted delicacies.

We like to keep it simple for both you and us (and we're traditional, through & through) so we're a cash-only facility.

What's your process?

Goulart's Sausage is a third-generation, family-owned sausage company with over 45 years of experience. We use only high-quality pork butt & natural casings in our sausages. Everything is handmade, using traditional methods passed down through the generations. All of our sausages are smoked, old-world style, over real wood for a flavor that cannot be beat.

Monday – Friday, 7AM – 2PM
Saturday, 7AM – 12 NOON
Closed Sunday
